Scope of Work
- "Design a comfortable kitchen of roughly 150 square feet
- Create an open concept kitchen layout
- Change out flooring to LVP across roughly 630–660 square feet
- Remove popcorn ceiling on the middle floor of the home
- Seal popcorn ceiling in the remaining areas of the home
- Update railings to coordinate with the new flooring
- Change out the staircase finish to match the flooring direction
- Improve visual flow between the kitchen and surrounding interior spaces"
